You only need a regular printer and you can enjoy the craft!
There is ONE size (about for a 53-56cm head circumference) but if you want to make it bigger or smaller you can scale it when you print it. However, if you want to keep the original dimension and you want to fit it better on your head because it's too big just make a simple darts on the center of the forehead.
